On the 22nd floor of the all-new dual-brand AC & Element Hotel Miami Brickell, guests have direct access from a street-facing elevator (SW 1st Court) and are transported to stunning sky views high above the Brickell City Centre.

When it comes to scenery and serenity, Rosa Sky sets up your night out with the curated atmosphere of Rosa Sky. From the moment you step out of the elevator, the vibe is electrified and lit up by the music and lights.  In addition to the stunning views of Brickell’s skyline, visitors may enjoy the colorful drinks, tapas-style appetizers, and a variety of featured artists.

With tasty bites such as Picanha Skewers ($21) with Roasted Corn and Mango Relish, Chimichurri Aioli, & Pickled Radish, Jalapeño Shoyu Vinaigrette, Pao De Queijo ($14) made with Cassava Bread, Queso Blanco, Linguica, & Chili-Honey Slaw, or classic Blue Point Oysters ($18) made with Wakame, Ikura, Furikake, Black Garlic & Molasses, you are sure to find something for everyone.

Rosa Sky’s operation hours are as follows: Wednesday through Saturday, 4:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., Sunday, 12 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., with early lunch service available from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

There’s a constant explosion of diversity and evolution as you travel from the illuminated bar underneath a handcrafted drink to the roof above, following the computerized guidance of ordered light flow.
